Associate Attorney – DWI & Criminal Defense
Location: New York State (Multiple Regions) Salary: $90,000–$175,000 per year, based on experience

What You’ll Do
- Represent clients charged with DWI and related criminal offenses.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal motions.
- Negotiate with prosecutors and advocate for clients in court.
- Attend hearings, conferences, and trials throughout your assigned region.
- Maintain organized client files and case documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through exceptional communication.
- Continue developing your litigation and trial advocacy skills through firm-sponsored education.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New York State or awaiting admission after successful completion of the New York Bar Exam.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a statewide legal team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your assigned region.
Litigation, criminal defense, or courtroom experience is welcomed but not required. We invest heavily in developing talented attorneys.

This role demands a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
