Prior to working for Tom Anelli & Associates, Connor worked at the Onondaga District Attorney’s office where he was responsible for performing legal research on DWI cases, trial strategy, and appeals. Connor also worked at the Disability Rights Clinic in Syracuse, where he provided representation to individuals with disabilities. His cases involved public accessibility, reasonable accommodations, and hostile work environments.
Connor also has experience as a TV News reporter, enterprising his own stories throughout Central New York involving cybercrime, nuclear power safety, climate change, and local politics.
Attorney Hakan graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in 2017. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate in 2020 from Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to the Fourth Department, Appellate Division of the State of New York.
